Research
The goal of my current research is the discovery and characterization of Milky Way binaries hosting neutron stars and stellar-mass black holes. I am especially interested in hunting for dormant (i.e. non-accreting) compact objects, which are particularly elusive, despite being much more common than their active (i.e. accreting) counterparts. My work leverages the treasure trove of data produced by the Gaia mission. You can find more details on my past and ongoing projects below.
